New Weight Loss Secret

Boy this past season was a real eye opener for me.

I had already lost 60 pounds using The Ultimate Formula and I had learned that eating sweet things was not the way to easily lose weight.  But I thought that a little diversion during the s would only set me back a short while.

Was I ever wrong!

What I learnt is that it was a lot harder than I had thought to get back into a low sweet eating routine.

The is that I couldn’t just “turn off” my desire for sweet things once I started them again. 

So what’s my new secret?

Simple!  Don’t stray from your routine - even for special occasions - especially the consumption of even small amounts of sweet things.  Yes the extra calories are not good but the real is that the more you eat the more you want!!
