New Weight Loss Secret
January 25th, 2008Boy this past Holiday season was a real eye opener for me.
I had already lost 60 pounds using The Ultimate Diet Formula and I had learned that eating sweet things was not the way to easily lose weight. But I thought that a little diversion during the holidays would only set me back a short while.
Was I ever wrong!
What I learnt is that it was a lot harder than I had thought to get back into a low sweet eating routine.
The problem is that I couldn’t just “turn off” my desire for sweet things once I started consuming them again.
So what’s my new weight loss secret?
Simple! Don’t stray from your weight loss routine - even for special occasions - especially the consumption of even small amounts of sweet things. Yes the extra calories are not good but the real problem is that the more sweets you eat the more you want!!
What’s you experience? Can you only eat a few sweet things for a short while and then easily eliminate them from your diet?
