Return/Cancellation Policy

We provide a full year 365 days Iron Clad Satisfaction Guarantee.  If at any time during the 12 months after your purchase you aren't thrilled with what The Ultimate Diet Formula® is doing for you, just email us at the address below for an RMA number and we will refund the full product purchase price for all unopened undamaged bottles returned as follows:

Following placement of your initial FREE 30-Day Diet Pill Supply order for The Ultimate Diet Formula®, if for any reason, you decide to cancel the receipt of any future orders of The Ultimate Diet Formula®, you must notify us by email at the address below at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled shipment of The Ultimate Diet Formula®.  If you submit a cancellation request in advance of the 7-day deadline prior to the date of the next scheduled shipment of The Ultimate Diet Formula®, you will not incur any new charges.

If you receive and subsequently decide to return The Ultimate Diet Formula® to us for any reason, you must first email us at the address below and request and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  You must then place the RMA on the package used to mail the product to us and you must return the undamaged, unopened and unused bottle(s) of The Ultimate Diet Formula® to us at the return shipping address included with the RMA you received within 365 days from the date that you ordered the product and within 7 business days from our issuance of the RMA.  The return package postmark will determine your compliance with these time requirements.  Once the product is returned to us as set forth herein, if you are entitled to a refund, we will issue a refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, to you within 7 business days from the date of our receipt of the returned product.

If you notify us by email at the address below of your desire to cancel any future shipments of The Ultimate Diet Formula® at least 7 days before the passage of the date of the next scheduled shipment of The Ultimate Diet Formula® and you receive another shipment of The Ultimate Diet Formula® at any point thereafter, then we shall issue a 100% refund, including both the product cost and shipping and handling, to you within 7 business days after you return the undamaged, unopened and unused bottle(s) of The Ultimate Diet Formula®.  Just email us at the address below and request and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

In all cases, the burden is on you to ship the product in such a way that the product is, in fact, returned to the shipping address included with the RMA in an undamaged and unopened condition.  All product returns will be processed when the product is received at the shipping address included with the RMA.  The refund will be issued to the person or entity that was financially responsible for completing the original purchase of The Ultimate Diet Formula® through the original method of payment that was used to complete the initial purchase of The Ultimate Diet Formula®.

Giving you a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions that are set forth herein is the full and complete liability that we have to you.  If you do not notify us during the refund period in the manner described herein and inform us of your desire to cancel the receipt of any future orders, you agree that we may construe silence as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of The Ultimate Diet Formula® and you will have no further right of redress or refund for any reason.

Refunds are only valid on your first order from us.  Thus if you make an initial order that is later cancelled and then reorder, refunds will not be permitted on the subsequent order.

To Cancel future shipments you should email us at Cancel@TheUltimateDietFormula.com indicating the Billing Name, Date, and Order Number of your original order and your reason for canceling.  We will then send you a return email confirming your cancelation.

To Return unopened undamaged bottles you should email us at RMA@TheUltimateDietFormula.com indicating the Billing Name, Date and Order Number of your original order and the reason for the return.  We will then send you a return email with an RMA number and instructions on where to send your return.
